Because pumps draw darak to the penis and make a bigger penis, then this pump is sometimes used to treat impotence (erectile dysfunction). But, using a penis pump more often and longer than the use in dealing with erectile dysfunction can damage elastic tissue in the penis, leading to a less strong erections. Using a suction pump may be able to create the illusion of a larger penis, but the results are rarely permanent.
