An ADD self test: Get some information FAST.

This ADD self test provides only the briefest of overviews, allowing you to perform a quick self assessment with basic screening question. Obviously, this is not a foolproof way to test but it may be helpful to you in better understanding what may be affecting you and help you determine if you should seek further information from a qualified professional.

It is important to move through this self test somewhat quickly. Do not overly analyze each question, but provide the best honest ‘gut’ reaction to each question that you can.

Answer each of the questions with a ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ after having considered if the statement holds true for the prior six months.
