White beans pills known as the Decarb can overcome weight problems by preventing the body to digest carbohydrates.
Eating too many carbohydrates has long been known to trigger weight gain. The most troublesome types are simple carbohydrates, such as contained in processed food and white flour.
When carbohydrates are digested, the starchy in it will instantly converted into sugar. And any unused sugar will be stored as fat.
Many people reduce the intake of carbohydrates to cut the amount of fat storage. This method also helps reduce carbohydrate craze, which is associated with weight gain.
Sugar or carbohydrate craze is believed to be a key factor in weight gain. When high blood sugar, pancreas releases insulin to lower blood sugar levels.
But to those who eat much sugar or those older with insulin reaction is less active, too much insulin is released it will push the blood sugar level becomes too low. This will cause the sugar craze, which is misinterpreted by the body as a gesture of hunger.
Phaseolamin
Products to inhibit the digestion of carbohydrates has been a long time available in the market. These products generally works by breaking carbohydrates into disaccharides, form of sugar that is not converted into fat.
Unfortunately, this disaccharide then ferment with natural bacteria in the intestine. This fermentation causes gas and diarrhea rise as it passes through the digestive tract.
Medium DEcarb, an inhibitor of the first carbohydrate that is certified by the European Union, claimed not cause these side effects.
This product is made from white bean extract, known as phaseolamin. Carbohydrates are broken down by enzymes known as alpha amylase. This enzyme is produced in the pancreas.
Phaseolamin reduce the effectiveness of this enzyme and prevent the change carbohydrates into sugar. This means that almost no side effects exist, although some people may suffer from indigestion for a few days when the stomach to adapt.
